1. No Return Policy

2. ⁠Unboxing video compulsory within 24 hours if damaged

3. ⁠Free Shipping above ₹899 

4. ⁠If unboxing video justifies damages… exchange would be done within 7-10 working days 

5. ⁠Exchange not applicable on bulk/corporate orders

6. ⁠If exchange item not in stock… either credits or online transfer would be done 

7. In sale if exchange is approved, the sale amount would be given as refund and not the original product amount 

8. Shipping costs during exchange is borne by the customer 

9. Cancelling the order is applicable only within 2 hrs of placing the order
